Will this sliding bench fit my older model?
The MOMO Pro Sliding Bench is compatible with Total Gym FIT, Total Gym XLS, and GR8FLEX frames.
Can it lay completely flat for dumbbell work?
Yes. It can be set fully parallel to the floor, functioning as a flat dumbbell bench.
What resistance sources can I use?
Your body weight, resistance bands, and optional weight plates via the weight-bar attachment (not included). Fully equipped, band tension can scale up to 270 lb — start light and progress.
How many bands should I use at once?
For most users we recommend 3–4 bands to maintain form and avoid excessive strain. Increase gradually as control improves.
What's included in the box?
1 Advanced Sliding Bench (4 incline backrest settings, 6 incline bench settings), 1 Head Rest, 4 Resistance Bands (2×10 lb, 2×15 lb), and 1 Resistance Band Connector.
What is the warranty?
