At MOMO Sports Life, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a refund, your product must:

Be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Be in good condition with all original parts and accessories.

Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

Include proof of purchase.
Products showing excessive wear, misuse, accidental damage, missing parts, or unauthorized modifications may not qualify for a refund.
Please note that normal wear and tear is not covered under our return policy. Warranty claims are handled separately under our Warranty Policy.
Return Shipping
Because our fitness equipment is large and heavy, shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returns must be approved before being shipped back. Once your return request has been approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your order.
Unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product covered under warranty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.

Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.
Inspection typically takes 3–5 business days.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take up to 10–15 business days to appear on your statement.
We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
We replace items only when:

The wrong product was shipped.

The item arrived damaged.

The product has a manufacturing defect covered by warranty.
If you would like a different product or model, simply complete the standard return process (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your package is damaged during shipping, arrives with missing parts, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
