At MOMO Sports Life, we build fitness equipment designed for years of reliable performance. Every product is engineered with durability, safety, and quality in mind, and we’re proud to stand behind it with our limited warranty.

Warranty Coverage

Lifetime Limited Warranty – Frame

The structural frame of all MOMO Home Fitness systems is covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty for the original purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

1-Year Limited Warranty – Parts & Components

All other components, including moving parts, attachments, accessories, and mechanical components, are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

What’s Covered

Our warranty covers defects resulting from:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty materials
  • Defective workmanship under normal residential use

If a product or component is determined to be defective during the warranty period, MOMO Sports Life will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective component
  • Replace the defective component
  • Replace the product with an equivalent model if repair is not practical

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
  • Accidental damage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Commercial, rental, or institutional use unless specifically stated
  • Damage resulting from improper assembly or failure to follow the user manual

Warranty Claims

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team before returning any items.

To help us process your claim quickly, please include:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem
  • Your current shipping address

Shipping Responsibilities

For approved warranty claims:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping defective items to our service center unless otherwise instructed.
  • MOMO Sports Life will cover the cost of shipping repaired or replacement parts back to you when the warranty claim is approved.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty:

  • Applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Is non-transferable.
  • Begins on the original purchase date.
  • Does not extend or renew after repairs or replacements.

The remedies described in this policy are the sole remedies available under this warranty.

Warranty Registration

To help us provide faster support and verify your purchase, we recommend registering your product within 30 days of delivery.
